Products ordered through OXERAA and delivered successfully may be eligible for return or exchange, strictly in accordance with the terms detailed below.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange. The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images of the product for verification. Requests raised after this timeframe will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Inspection & Approval

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection. Approval for exchange will be determined based on the product’s condition and adherence to our policy guidelines.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, including:

  • Purchases made under sale or promotional offers
  • Products explicitly marked as non-returnable/non-exchangeable
  • Items not returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact

Shipping Charges for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Where applicable, we can arrange a pickup via our delivery partners, with the charges payable during pickup.

Color & Appearance Disclaimer

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, color variations may occur due to display settings and lighting differences.

Please note that such variations, including texture differences, are not eligible reasons for return or exchange.

Refunds & Credit Notes

OXERAA does not provide refunds to the original payment method.

Once the returned item is approved after inspection, a credit note of equal value will be issued for future use.

Return Timeline

All return requests must ensure that the product reaches us within 7 days of delivery. Items received after this period will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Delivery Issues

We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds in cases where delivery issues arise due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the order upon delivery

Final Decision

In case of any dispute or discrepancy related to our Return & Exchange Policy, OXERAA reserves the right to make the final decision, which shall be binding.

Domestic Returns & Exchanges

Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

  • Mark the item(s) you wish to return and clearly mention the quantity and reason for return.
  • Securely pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact.
  • Include the required details inside the package and courier it to our official OXERAA address.

Please note, products once dispatched are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The product has been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
  • Original tags or packaging are missing
  • The item is not returned in its original condition

Credit Note

Approved returns will be issued as a store credit (credit note).

This credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

International Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at designs@oxeraa.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns will only be accepted after you receive a “Return Accepted” confirmation from our team. Kindly do not dispatch the product without this approval.

Once your request is approved, the product must be shipped within 3 days. Returns dispatched after this period will not be accepted.

Return shipping charges for international orders must be borne by the customer.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The product has been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
  • Original tags or packaging are missing
  • The item is not returned in its original condition

Credit Note Policy

  • We follow a no-refund policy for international orders
  • Upon successful inspection, a store credit (credit note) will be issued
  • Credit notes are typically processed within up to 4 weeks of receiving the return
  • The issued credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue
