In the event of incorrect pricing due to technical or typographical errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payments & Fraud

All payments must be made using valid payment methods owned by the user. OXERAA is not liable for any fraudulent transactions. Responsibility for verifying such transactions lies with the user.

Orders, once placed, may not be cancelled except as per our Cancellation Policy.

Any additional costs arising from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer shall be borne by the customer.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are offered only in rare cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit, subject to the following conditions:

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Requests raised after 48 hours will not be eligible
The product must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact
Damage caused due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence is not covered

Resolution Process

In cases where a genuine defect is verified, OXERAA reserves the right to offer either a replacement or a refund/store credit, based on the situation.

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method
Card payments are typically refunded within 6–8 working days after approval
In case of offline payment methods, processing may take up to 15–20 working days

Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases, otherwise store credit will be provided.

Non-Delivered Orders

For orders confirmed as not delivered, refunds will be processed after verification. Customers may opt for a refund or an alternative product, subject to availability.

Gift Certificates

Orders placed using gift vouchers are non-refundable. In eligible cases, a replacement voucher of equal value will be issued.
